MyPokeWorld Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as processing begins immediately.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be granted under the following mandatory conditions:

  1. Defective Product – If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  2. Not as Described – If the product received is significantly different from the product description or images on our website.

  3. Failure to Meet Advertised Standards – If the product does not function as promised in the product listing.

  • Customers must provide clear photos of the issue.

  • MyPokeWorld reserves the right to inspect the claim before approving a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days upon approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s Remorse – If you change your mind after purchasing.

  • Incorrect Size, Color, or Variation – Please carefully review product details before purchasing.

  • Delayed Shipping – While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays due to carriers are not grounds for a refund.

  • Gift Purchases – Items bought as gifts but not wanted by the recipient.

  • Damage Due to Misuse – Any damage caused after use will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Returns Without Prior Authorization – Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund

  • Clear images or video proof.
